6-7 tangerines
1 tsp of fish sauce
1 - 2 tsp of white sugar (can be adjusted depending on preference)
1/2 tsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp of sliced green onion
1 tsp of red pepper powder/flake (preferably coarse - if you like more spicy foods, you can add more as needed)
sprinkle of sesame seeds

Mix everything in a bowl or container and enjoy (can be stored up to a week in the fridge)
