Maybe this is because I don’t like being controlled, but I cannot stand the annoying little stupid busywork that happens at work. Like the paperwork we have to fill out that doesn’t amount to the hill of beans of how to take care of my patients. Or some of it is just insulting to my intelligence such as having to have a second nurse look at a patient skin to verify that I’m seeing a wound on their leg for instance . That insults my intelligence I’m not so stupid that I can’t tell whether or not someone has a dumb wound on their leg. Those little things just frustrate me to no end
