Fractured and the SCC not wanting to bring things to light (pun not intended) would've been understandable if they all were trying to even build a case against Ephrom in the first place. But Fractured should understand that there is no excuse for what Ephrom did and no real excuse for wanting this under wraps since Fractured clearly isn't trying to report it. Before someone says "Oh his technology will be taken away if he doesn't keep it under wraps or report it". He is now over 18 and the people he lives with can't legally take his stuff. Maybe disown and kick him out at most but the people he lives with would have to be really shitty people in order to do that in the first place.
Ephrom clearly should not be forgiven for his actions. There was nobody pulling the strings and he clearly knew what he was doing wrong when doing such. He in fact would've still done it if Fractured wasn't there according to those chat logs. We don't even know if he's still doing it for sure. Nobody can determine that for sure. Ephrom should be on the registry for what he did to Light. The fact that Slumber and the SCC still defend this is insane.
