The water isnt reaching the end so the hoppers cant pick up the items anyone knows how i can fix this

This might be because I'm on modded minecraft but the pistons push the hoppers out of place

Had a great time building this in a wooden house... Within minutes of placing down the lava, half of the house had burned down lol.

Beyond that and a silly mistake with not putting the comparator in subtraction mode, this worked out pretty well! Thank you!

hey im haveing a issue where the pistons are moving to fast making it where it wont push the stone out of the way what should i do?

The farm isn't working for me; the row of sticky pistons on the target blocks don't seem to be getting powered.

When I turn the farm on, the stone eventually pushes the hoppers out of the way past the farm, any idea why?

I keep getting cobblestone when I'm standing next to the farm... and sometimes the lava gets covered by cobblestone....

I need help why is mine not working? it keeps become cobble stone

if uou having trouble with cobble stone just make sure that you build it right the direction ( the piston is at the left side ( East ) the chest at the right side ( west ) , i builded it at reverse derection then it generate a lot of cobblestone and it stop the machine ). But i dont know that the facing effect to cobblestone can someone give me an eplain about it. If dispenser not bonemeal just set the repeater tick up.

I just built this in 1.20.4 Paper server and everything work perfectly, tysm for this farm now i can finally get mossy cobblestones.

Hey, farm was working perfectly, thank you! Then my power went out and it's broken. The trapdoors consistency flick on and off and I don't know how to fix it. Tried manually toggling them all then turning on, still doesn't work. The moss is made if I force the doors closed, just cant do both. Not sure what to replace to get it working again. Please help!

I build this farm but stone isn't turning into moss

My stone isn't fully generating, like there are 3 blocks before the stone touches the hopper, how come? And my chests arent collecting any moss

This was the first farm I've ever build. Thank you for the great tutorial.
I have to ask though, why does the direction (east/west facing) matter? I built it the wrong way the first time, realised what I did wrong and now that it is facing the right direction it works great. But I don't understand why? Is the code just weird? Something that got carried over from the beginnings of the game? How does one even figure this out??
I'm trying to learn, but things like this make it seem like there are so many unwritten rules, that I have no way of figuring out on my own.

I'm on 1.21 playing a realm with friends and NONE of my observers are facing the correct direction and I can't get them to face the right way either

i have the farm facing the right way but the pistons aren’t pushing the stone

It keeps making cobblestone and I stay in the chunk while its running

The only problem i have is that sometimes cobblestone forms in the lava causing it to break

Worked perfectly! Moss came in quickly, also I changed it slightly to make it produce bone meal instead. I did this by placing a composter underneath one of the end hoppers and making the other hoppers feed into it and that also works fine (probably not as fast as some other bone meal farms though but enough for me). Thanks :)

Bone meal is getting used up faster than being replaced

I guess the question i have is why does this have to be built east or west. Like i know it wont worth otherwise, but whats the reason

Hello, I got a problem with the farm, we build it in the chunk spawn in order to have the chunk fully load. But sometime, the stone is push up and replace the lava. I try a lot of thing but i don't know why it happen.

Can this break if I leave it on and leave the chunk?

This does not work in 1.21
