Been working out for probably 10 years and never used it but with that said there are some days I just have no damn energy or motivation, I think PWO would do wonders these days.
ОтветитьUsually, I'll consume 1-2 coffees a day and train 3-4 times a week and will leave a couple days in between without preworkout. But I still feel the effect of my preworkout when I do use it

ОтветитьI actually started taking taking 1/4 scoops and have moved my way up. These days I take a half or full scoop while I wait and get in the zone in the locker room before doing some kind of cardio that starts the area I plan on working out, which I think helps push the pre into affect. In my experience at least.

ОтветитьPersonally, I've experienced good and bad with pre workouts. I've had it give me energy and I've experienced my energy levels crash after taking pre workout. At the moment I don't take pre, just have high carb meal in the morning and feel fine with energy levels and strength. But I guess one could cycle of the pre once in a while.

ОтветитьIm pretty much fully tolerant to caffeine, though in taking pre workout before every workout just for motivation, if i dont feel motivated i take pre workout making me drag my ass to the gym that day!

I was lifting double of what I can normally carry and was going insane. It was like I pregamed with coke and entered the gym.
Scary tbh, because it was one scoop, not even full.
