This tutorial doesn't affect your garena now, you can directly play ROE by downloading it.

As of June 30, 2018 they closed CBT. Apparently, you will not be able to play if you haven't created an account before they closed the CBT. Moreover, only players who have played this before they close it are the only one who'll be able to play it!
