Great video, thank you! How would you automate this flow to be sent on a monthly basis, instead of having the user to manually trigger it? So send these emails automatically and still have the initial regions being filtered.

I checked with send an email with options but the flow is not triggered simultaneously to all multiple users. It triggers only after the first person respond. Could you please provide the solution

I am attempting a flow where i have
Employee first name last name , email and 12 columns (jan to Dec) containing status “Due” or “Received”

I am attempting that a consolidated email reminder should go to employee and email should contain html table data from Jan to Dec columns where his status is due

How i can filter desired results from multiple columns?

For example, project 123 has 2 over due actions and project 456 had 1 over due actions. How do I update an over due actions column in my SharePoint with these counts?

I have been watching your videos over the last few months and your content has been so useful in helping me create an App for my business. I recently subscribed as a paid member earlier this month in my personal capacity as I am keen to progress my knowledge in this space and learn as much as I can and I was wondering if you could help me though with a flow I am trying to compose for my app. I have tried watching a few videos and posting on the community page, but so far, I haven’t had any luck in getting it to work.

Context about our business:

• My app has been created to help facilitate sharing work across the Australia & New Zealand regions
• Our business is made up of 5 different business lines, and each business line has a list of disciplines.
• Each employee is assigned a discipline, and a team leader might have multiple different disciplines reporting to him/her.

The App
• If a Project manager requires a resource for a project, they would upload the specifics onto the App onto the Workshare Opportunities List (SharePoint list used to build the app), this also includes the business line as well as the discipline type

The flow:

• The flow would use the Workshare Opportunities List as well as an Excel list which has a list of all the line managers & the disciplines reporting into them
• What I would like to do is:
o create a report that runs every second day
o It should extract all the new roles that have been created in the Workshare Opportunities List within the last 48 hours
o Once it has found the new items I need it to filter the Excel list based on the Business Line & Discipline, this would then produce a list of matching emails
o From there I would like it to compile an HTML table and send out emails to each individual with the list of roles relevant to them


The trouble I have had so far is that the flow either sends out multiple emails with one role on each email or it sends out repeat emails / even roles that are not relevant ☹ I have tried a few iterations but I am still new to Automate and not sure what I am doing wrong. Hope you can help 😊

I have 2 tables in Dataverse:

Events Table : with a unique "EventID" column and "MiscGrandTotal" column

Misc Table : (that uses the above "EventID" in the "RefEventID" column on multiple rows of misc items) and each row contains the UnitCost, Quantity, MiscTotal columns

I need to be able to add a row in the Misc Table, then filter all rows by that EventID, get the Sum of all the MiscTotal under that EventID and Update the result in the Events table in the MiscGrandTotal column which is a currency column

How can I do this in power automate?

Hello! I've seeking for information to solve a problem I have with a flow, but I haven't found it yet....
My goal is to send credentials to the managers of several employees based on an excel table. The headers: Employee nr; Name; username; psw, ticket nr; credentials to.
I want an email to be sent for each ticket nr (can be several rows) to the email address in the Credentials TO column.
I can get the flow to filter the data by the ticket nr and it sends the correct number of emails within the apply to each action. My problem is in the TO field of the send an email action. If I choose the dynamic content to map the Credentials TO column of the excel table, the power automate creates a new apply to each.... What am I doing wrong? How can I make it work? Thanks.

Hello Reza, I am sending an email to multiple recipients but in my scenario I am retrieving records and for each record i have to send email with some dynamic recipients I am using send email template action of dataverse but in my array list previous records data also appending even after sending email I am setting array as null each time please help me.. thanks

Got it working 'sort of' Reza. Thanks for this video. It spits out the data but Power Automate is only returning 21 of 55 expected unique items in the list. As per your advisal, I've added it to the Power Automate community named: Less Than Half of Distinct/Unique Values Returned From List by Power Automate Flow.
Not sure if there's a bug or limitation of the platform.

Pretty much have everything but, rather than using 'items('Apply_to_each')['TuneName']' to send email to, I'll be sending it manually from the trigger input. So I'd need all those small tables in one email, not separate emails. I can't seem to pull the Output from the Apply_to_each/Filter_array/Select_columns outside of 'Apply_to_each'.
