I think he’s perfect and helps balance everyone out. They could add someone in future to counter but then again maybe adding more time in between abilities could help🤷🏽‍♂️

One error, so the passive doesn't work on line of sight, you can see people through rocks, buildings, mountains - pretty much anything. The only thing is they do need to be moving even if crouch walking just as long as they are moving or doing some form of action you will see their heartbeat. The range is actually 400m hard cap. I've tested multiple times in matches and any enemies I see beyond 400 meters I do not see on the heartbeat sensor. But great tips beyond this!

Seer has such a big impact on the meta, that it makes defense legends alot more viable( legends like caustic, wattson and rampart).
Because Seer gives so much info, it makes teams hesitate on pushes.

Another tip would be:
When u knock a enemy player, use ur ultimate. So when that player is getting revived, u know it and u can save ur tac for that so u can use it right there when they r reviving

I just realized how high my heartbeats sensed tracker is. I've got just under half ur kills but more than double ur heartbeats sensed. Damn I might try and grab a top 100 leaderboard position maybe

How about noting the gold reticle once an enemy is within the cone of influence of the tactical?

Legend Buff/Nerf Ideas

-Seer's tactical should have the flashbang effect removed (flashbang effect definitely should be a separate ability for another legend) , ontop of the added effect that when hit it keeps you from using abilities for like halve a second, stealing from revenant's toolkit, it's like another gibby/lifeline situation when they both had fast heals and revives

-Revenant's silence should go back to 20 seconds to help combat Seer's constant ability usage, like how it combatted constant bloodhound scans in the past

-Crypto's drone should atleast have a "watch your back" type of passive when not in actual use, the drone's camera is facing the rear afterall when stowed. EMP should completely disable the HUD, block the map, shutoff character comms and voicelines temporarily, destroy Seer microdrones, maybe lower cooldown to 30 seconds? Maybe crypto should run faster when being pursued as he's "always ran" or be able to use heal items on the run. Maybe a sixth sense for things behind him, think of black ops 3's sixth sense where enemies in close proximity a red cone would show on the map in their direction, maybe crypto could hack deployable abilities and make them his own like Seer's ultimate or wattson's pylon

-Valkyrie could maybe use her target identification when enemies are in her FOV while she's using her VTOL jets, if she can see targets while diving in the sky, whynot at all times when she's actively using the jets?

-Fuse's motherload should start a huge pit of fire and then extend and create the ring of fire it currently makes, guaranteeing better usage and hits, making the ultimate worthwhile, fire ring should be wider

-Rampart could probably use shiela as a minigun like in cod, deploy time on her amped walls could be adjusted to be faster

-Wattson should be able to place more pylons if they just blow up after a while, maybe the pylon could decrease ultimate cooldowns for other characters while in the "charging zone"

-gibbys dome should shield from Seer's tactical

-Maybe Bangalore should have better hand to hand combat or weapon handling capabilities, she is a soldier afterall

-if Bloodhound and Seer are going to compete for team information, let the team see what bloodhound sees (tracks, target in visible view) something to help bloodhound
