Though Airbnb, is just the middle man, they do charge fees to both guest and host! Make sure that you get signed leases, copies of ID's and do background checks! Also change the code on the door, with each group! 🙏

It would be interesting to see the cost of everything you bought plus mortgage taxes insurance amd ongoing costs (maintenance, damage)vs actual "rent charged" in order to see how long it would take to get to a break even point.. before any tax credits or appreciation.. in order to get some semblance of whether this is a good or bad investment... hotel s many times do not make money until the day they sell ... often times they operate at a loss so it's a struggle for 10 to 15 years...
