Nice videos! I use an Ooni 12 pizza oven to bake my pizza. I already make pretty good doughs but the end result can be a little too chewy. How can I reproduce the very airy and soft texture that can be found in authentic Neapolitan pizza restaurants?

ОтветитьI used this recipe just cut in half for 1 large, baked it on bottom rack 450 for 12 mins, best dough n pizza I've had at home
