"sleep on a wooden pillow and eat rice and vegetables" I guess I'm not ready to live as a monk
Ответитьsocial media can be highly dangerous for our minds if we don't know what to feed our mind and what to not

ОтветитьListening to this video is already soothing my mind..!!!!
ОтветитьWe are what our thoughts have made us; so take care about what you think.

Ответитьwonderful information in just 15 minutes ❤
ОтветитьThe mind is so powerful, it’s hard to be free. This was so good.
ОтветитьDo our thoughts influence nature?
Indeed, our thoughts influence nature.
We live in a single global-integral system of nature, we influence it with our thoughts, and we receive feedback accordingly.
Similar to laws that operate on mechanical, electronic, electromagnetic and other material and biological scales, when we press, push or constrain something, we receive a response. Likewise, when we think positively or negatively about others, we accordingly receive a response.
The global-integral reality in which we live is a closed system, and we receive responses from it according to our attitudes to it.

Ответить"Chose your media source wisely, because they are seldom designed to only to transmit information." ❤
ОтветитьWow, this was superb. The only thing that can change the world is very well explained by this gentleman. It is a breakthrough moment when you realise that you can choose what thought path to follow because you can foresee what it leads to. I’m experimenting with my thought patterns, making joyful baby steps. Thank you so much for sharing your no bs speech, it’s absolutely to the point and very helpful indeed. ❤
ОтветитьMe either
ОтветитьBut once you get out from your meditation, anger, anxiety, restlessness and so on come back. You need to return to worldly life to do jobs and so on. The calmness and serenity exist only when you are in meditation.
Ответить🙏🏼
ОтветитьI knew all this
ОтветитьNon stimulation presentation
ОтветитьPast negative experiences also have great control over our thoughts and behavior. Not letting past negative experiences define you is very difficult. You have to put a positive spin on negative experiences or you'll be consumed by them. If anyone can relate please share your insights.
ОтветитьThis is PROFOUND so say the LEAST!! It’s so true.. Even 10% application of what he just spoke is life altering!!
ОтветитьI clapped behind my screen for you. Good work
ОтветитьIam truly impressed. Wonderful presentation. What Iam fellling from these Ted talks is the speakers sincere desire to be helpfull to others. Iam very grateful

ОтветитьIs sleeping meditation ?
ОтветитьThink of ourselves is important in the actuality rather making others satisfied👍
ОтветитьLet us not be deceived by ourselves. What is really the inner crisis that needs to be addressed, is it bitterness, fear, doubt or is it unforgiveness? Only God can heal and the Holy Spirit knows our deepest pain. Sin is the root cause of sickness. Worldly knowledge only brings cure, relief, remedy, therapeutics but not peace of mind Science slides away from moral to clinical cause of disease that is why it can't heal. We need God to heal us...
ОтветитьOne of the best TedTalks i've seen
ОтветитьThis was a very productive speech! I'd also add journaling. Just writing in a journal regularly helps clarify your thoughts and emotions. It also develops a greater awareness of your thought patterns.
ОтветитьCan anyone share tips on how to start Meditation for Dumimes?
ОтветитьWe absorb so much information on a day to day basis.. some we dont even have a choice it's thrown at us as we browse

ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьGreat aproach! Thank you so Much!
ОтветитьI recommend Lindeblad's book called May I Be Wrong. Reading it for a second time now and it has helped me solidify my understanding of my overactive mind and how to deal with it. Sadly he passed away recently, making it even more meaningful today.
