Falafel from Scratch

1C Dried Chickpeas (soaked overnight)
1 Small Onion (roughly chopped)
3-5 Cloves garlic (roughly chopped)
2T Flour
2t Cumin
1t Corriander
1/4t Black Pepper
1/4t cayenne or chili powder
1/8t cardomom
2t Salt!!

Chipolte Sauce:
--------------------------
1/2C Mayo
2t Lime Juice
1t Sugar
1/2t Paprika
1/2t White Wine Vinegar
1/2t Water
1/4t Salt
1/4t Garlic Powder
1/4t Chipolte Powder
1/8t Thyme
Pinch of cayenne pepper
