12.29.2021 I ordered a PCM for my 2004 DODGE DURANGO in FS1, found the right unit with the right number. I'm really waiting for him to come to Russia. Thanks

I was speaking with Erica this evening at 4:45PM and she STOPPED SPEAKING ON THE PHONE AND HUNG UP ON ME AT 5:02PM BECAUSE THATS WHEN THEY CLOSE AND SHE WANTED IT TO SEEM LIKE WE LOST CONNECTION. I WAS ON A LAND LINE.

I had a very very experience with flagship one. So much run around, being hung up on, no strait answers, and even fought me on a refund. I’m waiting to get my money back at the moment. I’m glad to know you had a good run with them. For scion XB don’t use FLAGSHIP ONE

i might just pull the trigger on buying a flagship one pcm, i have a g35 and for some reason my pcm isnt commanding on the o2 sensor heaters, im hoping this would fix the problem.

Encouraging videos, but I have questions about 07 Merc Milan that is currently running with chk engine lite on. AutoZone FixFinder says ECM/PCM Reprogram. Ford Says ECM is obsolete, will not reprogram oem nor aftermarket.
Is product from Flagship One remanufactured OEM? (mine?) or reproduction? Is it core exchange?

Having viewed this and a few other videos make me worried now because I just ordered one for my '06 Trailblazer with the trouble code P0601. I placed the order on the 21st (and today is the 23rd) and the stats still says Processing... For sure, there are lots of negative posts about Flagship One. My SUV is now sitting in the garage, waiting for its brain. Hoping for a smooth brain replacement procedure. Otherwise, I will be without it for the unforeseeable future, however long that will be. Wish me luck!

Found this video trying to find help with my pcm. I order a PEDS system, sent me PE08 system. Said it was compatible for my car after I questioned many times. Now I'm stuck as the part they said was "compatible" won't turn over my engine. Tried telling me my key was the issue and needs to be reprogrammed as well, it's not. Now I'm sitting here waiting to hear a call back from my "account manager" to be able to help me ir answer my questions. The fact that they didn't tell me I was getting a different part than ordered to begin with was the most frustrating but now I'm furious. I have to get to work and was supposed to be on a long road trip to visit family. Now I don't think that's going to be happening. I'm glad they helped you, but man I'm feeling like I'm left in the dust by them.

I ordered one for my 2014 dodge grand caravan. First one they shipped out didn't work. Wouldn't start even when it did start Alternator wasn't even working While bunch of dash lights on dash that weren't there before. Contacted them via their website. Filled out a form and they sent me a new one without any problems. Waiting on that one. Fingers crossed

I've gotten two ECM's from Flagship One. Both are working fine so far. It did take about two weeks to get them but for the price and in one case, a new one is non-existent at this time,, I am very happy with my choice.

I know this is about the jeep. I saw your video when you first used it . To this one was about 4 years . My 2011 equinox is working but I keep getting the same check engine light and keep replacing the same part dealership today said it’s the ecm and wants 1600 bucks . Not to mention they said up to 90 days to get the new one . I googled it found flagship1 . It’s the only company I found are there any other companies ?

Bought a ECM from flagship 1 about two years ago for my dodge journey was having transition shift problem kept going into limp mode the price was good the computer came fast two weeks I think installed it transition shifts like new motor runs smoothly and actually runs better then before haven't had any problems I drive the car every day so yes I think they do a good job

Ordered a computer from Flagship One because of your video and the price was right. It took about 3 1/2 weeks but I knew this going in. Installed it and works perfectly! THANKS!!!

Good video thanks! Waiting on my ECM delivery for a 2009 Jeep JK from Flagship-1. Ordered on 3/2 and shipped on 3/14. I did call them to change my shipping address at the last minute and the guy I spoke to was nice on the phone but was hard to understand with a heavy middle eastern accent. Fingers crossed this ECM fixes my bad coil driver the old unit had, and that they programmed it to my vin.......

I just ordered a ECM last week and have already received 3 emails. First one confirmed the order and the warranty documentation. The second one went over “key pairing” since my 2014 chevy equinox has a “factory security system”. They mentioned if I had a currently working key to program the new ecm I would need a UN-programmed key as well. Not quite sure completely if I truly need an additional key. 3rd email they sent out stated they have a high volume of orders and my order has been delayed. So I’m a bit skeptical at the moment and crossing my fingers.

DO NOT BUY FROM FAGSHIP 1.
5/11/23. Been two weeks since I presented an ECM. I tried cancelling and they said it’s in the mail. I asked for tracking number and it only shows labeled has been made. That’s lie #1. I chat them on their website and gave them the tracking number, the person said it’s been shipped. Lie #2.
All in all I’m out of over 500. Dollars, no parts, waited two weeks with no insight of how much longer I need to wait. I’m completely in the dark. I still don’t know if their ECM will work or not and if I return it, they said they’re going to deduct 85. Dollars. Crazy way of doing business imo.
To be fair: I’ll update this post if the customer’s car runs right.
Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Still waiting for flagship to allow me to return ecm , they keep asking me to fill out paperwork that i filled out already and please sign which i had done . They want codes before i ordered and did and does the truck start .
I answered and still questions . Q. SHOULD BE ASK BEFORE SALES.

I got a 2010 Toyota Venza. The guy I bought it from said the fuel pump just stopped working. Well he got a ECM from flagship one and it came with this little black box you gotta plug into the DIAGNOSTIC PORT under the driver side dash to program the key to the new computer. But it doesn’t seem to work. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Buyer beware. I bought one but it wasn't working and I actually had more codes come on I get everything I said she rode my car to get the codes even though it was in limp mode. They said it looks like I have al wiring issue and they didn't think it was to PCM so then I had to take it to the Jeep dealer which the PCM was acting like my car was an automatic and it's a manual and it was like going to blow up my transmission yeah I got to wait another like 3 days to see if they think the PCM is bad like my car wouldn't drive with it it was going to blow up my transmission it's bad. Very long drawn-out process.

I have a 2010 Ford focus bought a remanufactured ECM take it to Ford did not work car wouldn’t start they had to put back the old one in and the P0420 code still there waste of $850 all together I did get back a replacement one what to do cause don’t want to pay Ford $300 to put in and don’t work and $150 to put back the old one

I was about to order a pcm from flagship one but decided to check the company reviews and I’m glad I did because all the positive reviews seem fake there’s no way ever buy one single thing from this company I want to avoid the headache oh and one more thing this company will send you On purpose and bad pcm for you to return it back and used your one time replacement after that your screw

Flagship one did me wrong I bought a computer from my truck and run in over a year they sent me at the second one it don’t work they said it was my fault the reason I couldn’t warranty they are crooks

I ordered one of their ecm two weeks ago and I still have not received the unit. They advertise that it takes 5-7 business days and that appears to be not true. When you look for the order status on their website it comes up blank. I have called them several times and they give you a bunch of nonsense as to why I have not gotten the unit. Someone sent me an email a couple a days ago saying they are working to get my issue resolve. I emailed them back saying if I do not have the unit in 3 more days i am filing a complaint with American Express to get my money back. Not happy so far with their service.

The problem with flagship 1 is they go in to the ecm and add the Vin number in it but a lot of cars has different sorce codes they can not change them I bought one for a 2006 caddy it would crank after I did the key lean process but my ac would not cut off so I went in to the program and the Vin that I gave them was right but not the source codes you would have just as much luck buying one from the junk yard .that's where they get them they will not give you your money back there plain is they hope you get tired of sending the ecu back dont waste your money with them go to the junk yard and take a chance .

Glad to see your video. I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. It's in the shop Right now and they put a new pigtail on the injectors because they were kind of loose cost me over a thousand bucks. They called me and said that I need a new PCM because cylinder two and three are not connecting to it and they believe that the reason why is because it was driven while running bad the way it had been. I just bought the truck and didn't know anything about it. Just felt like it needed a tune-up. So we changed all the plugs, all the wires and the coils. They said that everything tested out and they tested when they got done with the pigtail to the injectors and came up with this. Does this sound correct? Thanks either way. The one I ordered wouldn't work. Would not sync to my truck and unlock the anti theft system. I sent it back the other day and hope the issue gets resolved.

Well I ordered my flagship one and I haven't installed it yet it took me about 3 weeks to receive. I'll let you know if the unit works. My problem is I have a 2011 RAV4 variable valve solenoid has no ground. All cables are fine but the only thing that I think it could be is the ECM. I'll let you know what the outcome is

Well, I have a 2011 Chrysler T/C and I due to ECU issues, I have to replace it, so I got a Flagship One ECU. I did had to wait a bit for the replacement ECU, once I got it, it was properly installed but my van would just crank and will not start. The funny thing is that the van would start with the faulty ECU, but will cut out and the old ECU would reset itself, which is why I had to replace it. So, contact Flagship and they wanted me to disconnect the battery and let it sit for at least 1 hour, then reconnect. Anyway, the results were the same, so I will be sending the unit back, because they want to check it. However, in the meanwhile, I will still seat with my van unusable until I get either the same unit back or a new one if they deem it necessary. I think that the possibility of a mis configuration is the issue, as my van would start with the old ECU, so I will see once I send this one back and get whatever they will send me. Anyway, nice vid, very informative!

FlagshipOne is a bunch of thieves who will steal your money and that is a fact after 10 days I canceled my order still they sent me a computer five days after that I refuse the shipping and they refused to return my money even though I have no product to me that is theft.
