Great video thanks Nuno. I'll have to go back to see how NOT to create unassigned calendars, which I have done. I'd like to learn what is the difference between the old and new calendar versions. I have reps in different time zones, all synced to their individual Google Workspaces calendars. I have learnt that Internal notifications are fixed the one location time zone for the GHL account. ОтветитьI still use Calendly for some bookings and when that happens, I get an email notification for every single calendar that exists within my go high level account (8 total, so 8 emails each time). How do I fix this!? Please help 😃
Note: It's only for Calendly. If someone books through a Go High Level Calendar I only get two emails (internal notification and assigned user)

So if we have multiple calendars up and running under the same group, will the system automatically understand that if a time was booked for one of the calendars, that that specific time is reserved and so that time cannot be booked for the rest of the calendars? This way there wont be multiple appointments booked at the same time in different calendars
I can't follow what you are doing, my calendar in groups does not look like yours. 🤔

Ответитьis there a way, we can create a calendar for a gym class? but say they want to book (powerlifting this week next week they want yoga the following week they wanna do cross fit) so like you pay for 3 classes then book in your slots.
