Great work Chris its a Beauty
ОтветитьWith with you brits using the lords name as a curse word smh sad that’s cool with your society. Will be held accountable for it one day surely.
ОтветитьMake it yellow calipers for the winner
Ответитьlike video car etc too many commercials I am out of here
ОтветитьWhat a nightmare .
Ответитьi think that is a good way to go. chris slix good luuk.from owen d shand in jamaica
ОтветитьLots of respect for the way you repaired this car .. but the build quality of an expensive car like this is really poor 😕
ОтветитьJaguar color matched duck tape ($300 a roll) will take care of that pesky glove box.
ОтветитьIv binged watched this channel all weekend
ОтветитьBuild was a massive gamble. You are very brave taking it on and compared to what you bought ot looks good.
The fit on the drivers door looks bad which would explain the wind noise but you can't have ot all with a high date car.
Top job👍🏻
It's great you show the whole rebuild in one vid. Yes it's as long as a feature film but you leave it and come back to it. Not that I did. Too often folks put up one phase of the job then promise another soon. And then you miss it.
I always wanted to do something like you are doing but never had the the time, the place or the bollocks to do it. In my 70's now so watching a dream.
Great build 👏. Beautifull car. I watched the whole video in 1 go it was so interesting. I wouldnt even watch a movie if its as long as this video is but I guess that goes to show how engaging this was. Good luck with the re-sale.
ОтветитьChris just watched this start to finish in one sitting and it was brilliant! Loved all 2 hours and 40 minutes of it! You should be very proud of what you did, she's beautiful! Well done matey!!
ОтветитьFound you through Mat Armstrong channel. I like how you want to do everything just right with the wiring for the steering wheel airbag. When you took the dash out the 2nd time did you find out where the 2 extra bolts when? Amazing rebuild!!! It would be nice if you would put the year in the description.
ОтветитьAbsolute brilliant video thanks for speaking about all that you were doing . I'm a fitter 40 years and I have to say you did an amazing job you should be very very happy because doing what your doing is very good for people like me who never worked on this type of car so cheers lad brilliant 👏. Hope to travel your way one day would love to drop in and say hello. For me I'm going to build a car from scratch.
ОтветитьThat is an absolutely stunning looking and sounding car. Quality content 👍🏼
ОтветитьAwesome car
ОтветитьWould have been nice to see a valuation from the dealership. Brave man to take on such a repair job and a really nice end result!
ОтветитьYou are so skilful, really enjoy the videos, really like the journey including mistakes, really superb thank you
ОтветитьGreat job ,Lovly car, and i would deffo buy it 😊
ОтветитьI'm exhausted from just watching this!
ОтветитьThere are 2 pipes per side. If you divide your fist in half and try it that way, your test might actually make sense!!
ОтветитьI have a XJR X350 4.2 SC and if the battery voltage drops even by 1 or 2 volts it throws up all sorts of spurious dashboard faults. So I would put the battery on charge and see if that cures the faults.
ОтветитьGreat job
ОтветитьI see Matt A is doing Full Build videos now… must have seen how good yours are, I love the full builds! Nice one👏
ОтветитьJust getting into your videos mate.. Seen you with mat on his channel so I knew your content would be good.. 😊
ОтветитьI love these builds you and mats build videos are sick. You just need to sort your audio out
ОтветитьDash board is the fault not the glove box
ОтветитьOh Jaguar, you made the E-type, now the F-type, don't you just have to love these cars !? So damn gorgeous.
And it might have taken a bit to find it, but it sure is a nice rack...
Awesome content, just watched all in 1 hit ,
ОтветитьWonder if the glove box closing problem might have had something to do with the wreck….hmmmm
ОтветитьShawls you can manufacture that piece yourself
ОтветитьHey man those ceiling lights you have are slicker than shit, they are actually bamf!!! What are they called and where can you get them?
ОтветитьYou did a great Job Chris
ОтветитьBoom-paah
ОтветитьI definitely look in the fireplace while poking the fire.
ОтветитьDude can’t you get a 20% discount on the rack,,
ОтветитьDued why didn’t you just get a new rack..lol…
ОтветитьHow could you not get the lock off..just use a air chisel you only have to tap it with one single hit in the right direction..oh well..
ОтветитьYou’d think salvage yards wouldn’t be allowed to do half ass repairs which make a car seem less damaged that it might be..there should be a list of repairs/damage from every inspection the adjuster did for the insurance before it was totaled..
ОтветитьIt’s so weird watching cars with the steering on the wrong side of the car..why on earth would you rev the engine like that without checking the engine light first, fool..
ОтветитьWe have a red one in our family , it’s that darker red ,with yellow brakes, and ceramic rotors,it’s got every option basically…😂 looks better than that one…😂
ОтветитьLove the content Chris, also lol wing the full videos. Gotta say though it’s not looking good for eBay with all the faults in listings and delivery’s!
Keep up with the great content
thís is a great car
ОтветитьGreat video mate!! just watched it all the way through
ОтветитьLove to see the full build in one go
ОтветитьHello Hello From Canada!!! I love this car and I'm new to your channel so I'll be looking at lots of past episodes to catch up on. Totally mad respect to you for installing the whole new steering wheel clockspring instead of hacking in sketchy wiring for the airbag replacement. I don't subscribe to all the new channels I watch, but I did subscribe, because the clockspring replacement shows how much you care about the "next owner" and future driver safety of the car. I'm concerned and a little confused why you didn't do any of the mods on the front inner fenders that you said you planned. The heavy duty front calipers will need all of the added air flow that the vents you didn't cut out before installing the inner wheel wells. Were you really that stuck and short for time to neglect installing the vents? The thing I am also dying to know is if the dealership gave you a current market value if you resell the car??? Keep up the awesome content and I can't wait to see what you jump into next. 🤘😁👍
ОтветитьWhen you were rmoving the dashboard, I was asking myself, shouldn't these guys remove the windshield? I mean I've watched tons of videos on auto restorations and most if not all, remove the windshield when removing the dashboard. Anyway, as amazing the job you've done here so is your happy demeanor throughout. Well done, mate. New sub 🙂
ОтветитьBEAUTIFUL CAR!!!
