i am realy confused in this model, how can this be compared ? for x% of earning we are paying xtimes of EPS. Eg growth is 5% and PE is 5 times, now stock is fairly valued, when growth is 3% and PE is 5 times now stock is overvalued and if growth is 7% and PE is 5 times stock is overvalued. Is in't unfair to use this method?
