i was sure Louis was the one that should be with Clem the first time they saw each other at the piano room when Clem was looking for AJ

Not only do i think his personality compliments Clem's, but i think its very charming that he takes interest in AJ and cares for him (ok yeah he's not the nicest in chapter 2 but his best friend was just killed in front of him, he gets to be an emotional wreck)

At the very beginning, he plays the piano to calm down AJ who is worried abt Clem
Then, when everyone's eating, he realizes they're very hungry and gives his own portion to AJ, even though the kids at Ericson's had been struggling to get enough food
When AJ is shot, you can see Louis being at his side and taking care of him (this AFTER AJ shot Marlon)

And in general all throughout, Louis makes AJ laugh, and dance, gives him a few moments to just be a kid, i think that's something Clem would feel attracted to, since AJ is so important for her.

Besides, when Louis finds Clem, AJ and Tenn in the forest after the ship is blown out, and AJ runs to hug him :((

Louis is the worst character in the fourth season, he hate AJ because AJ shoot Marlon in the head because Marlon was a kidnapper and murderer and AJ is just a kid trying to save the only person who aways take care of him, and Louis votes to kick Clem and AJ out the schoold without the slightest bit of remorse, so I was really happy with the ending where he ends up without his tongue, he deserves it

The most realistic part of the series is this scene: Clem spends the whole conversation dropping hints at louis and he only picks up on it when she admits she likes him
