Ninja Turles sucked. You dont see the context (because you are clearly young)- that people thought it was going to be like the arcade game and thats what we got. They had to later come out with Ninja Turtles the arcade game... And it was an underwhelming port.

This was so great! what a nostalgia trip, some of these mags i had growing up this is crazy. Thanks Mike. i gotta say tho Donn's full of fuckness particularly on his opinion of the controls in TMNT1 on nes, one of the funnest things about that game 'and still is' is how easy it is to control your character, even the turtle van was very easy to maneuver.

Mike that Famicom you didn't recognize was the prototype AV Famicom (the Top loader) and it had something removed from the final version of the system a head phone jack. The prototype Super Famicom also had a head phone jack for stereo but these were removed from the final model's.

they did a shitty job designing that town. I don't mind it that much during the day time. But at night, holy fuck.

This village in ocarina, totally better. Terry town in this game , i luv that town also.But Kak village sucks. In bOtW.

There was one other village in botw sorta similair to kak village. And even that once doesn't suck anywhere near as much. So yea:
i recommend a stream of this part of botw just so people can see how much it sucks.

I miss those magazines. Also all the different monthly magazines which had CD filled with new demos... It was fun to get the news this way. Was more exciting than hourly updates about 100 games. I played the original Master Blaster in recent times after wanting to play it for a long time. Also thought that it was a cool concept but meh. Didn't feel like trying to finish it as it might shorten my lifespan. Then I played Master Blaster Zero from Steam, finished the game and had a better time. It was a step up from the original in many ways but the feel of the controls were still a little lacking. Then I played Master Blaster Zero 2 and had a blast! The controls felt nice and modern. It was definitely the best one so far. Master Blaster Zero 3 is out. Look forward to buying it on sale.

I bet all the other editors hated Donn too. They probably all treated him like Meg from Family Guy.

I miss video game magazines. I had subscriptions to GamePro, PSM, Official PlayStation Magazine. Nothing beat the new issues coming in and spending all afternoon just looking through them. The yearly "LamePro" parody was always my favorite.

Loved gaming mags as a kid. In Australia we got mainly UK gaming mags which were good but they talked funny. Still collected the crap out of Amiga and console mags of the nineties

Super late here desert falcon is on atari2600 and 7800 and is a shooter,play 7800 version as the other is unplayable
