There is a reason why this bike isn’t selling well. If you want a bike that’s going to be sitting in the shop waiting months for parts, this is the bike for you! My Eluder was my first and last Yamaha motorcycle.

You know why Harley doesn't do a 5 year warranty? Because it would bankrupt the company! 😂

I just wish the infotainment system and rider inputs were totally Bluetooth compatible. It sucks in this day and age you still have to tether to the bike via a din cable.

It’s sad that is not sold in Australia, we have a great touring country . And I for one would get one if so.d here

I road the STAR VENTURE for about 3 hours going to Elpso TX out on the open highways of West TX running 85 90mph and this was at a constant speed on 1-18-19.....It's a very comfortable motorcycle it's made for long highway riding for long hours of riding.

The only thing I can say Yamaha did wrong is maybe the lack of horses power? But it has big time torque! And I had zero problems twisting the throttle and leaping past 4 wheelers.

And this so called heat problem I kept hearing about? This so called heat problem wasn't a problem! If I didn't have this 2015 BMW it's no doubt I would get a the Star Venture.

My local Yamaha dealer refused to take my 2014 Raider (that I bought from him new) on trade @ blue book value on this bike.
Wow. Guess I'll try the H.D. dealership next.

Big people need not apply me and my wife are 500 lbs this big will not carry us. I notice touring bikes hide this info.

I have one, we do two up long distance touring. I bought this over the new Goldwing. It's a two up bike but no accessories are available for the passenger, no arm rests or highway pegs has my wife not happy.

Beautiful bike on my bucket list for sure I have the raider with the same engine great bike

Interesting features and I've always loved twins but the look is a little too Harley for me. I currently have a 2016 FJR1300A which I absolutely love.

It looks like a great bike. Now nr 1 on my shortlist. But I'm from The Netherlands...... and it's only for sale in the US...... Help me Yamaha !!!!
