Piece of advice. Practice with a light staff made for contact stick moves. If you make a wooden staff and try these without practice first, you are going to be covered in bruises.
it is surprising how much even glancing blows can hurt.

great tutorial, easier to follow than previous obi ani version 1.0, the hip movement is the key that i miss, maybe other people too.

I'd been doing it with a sword, no problem, but everitime I tried with a staff, it got caught on my leg. Now i know why. Thanks
