The K-9 in the first incident didn’t need to be taken out of the vehicle, undue stress for the poor dog. The perp was already on the ground.

As I watch these videos I realize how important it is for other cars to be moving out of the police cars' way. And while 95% of the cars do so, there's the apathetic 5% whose lack of cooperation stuns me.

The one where the car crashed into the dump truck was Charles County Maryland. I remember when it happened. The cop was first shown driving on Rt 301 North. The accident happened on Mattawoman Beantown Rd.
