I completed the skills assessment interview on 24/11/2023 on pathway 2 your video has 90% of the questions asked it was a big help and I actually overthought about it and studied recipes and more with 16 years of experience in the field .
I would like to inform other people who watching this video please say exactly the way the video explains coz I answered but in simple language but the assessor was looking for the exact terms .
Thank you rojin for doing your part and I hope my comment will also help who other students have to complete it successfully.
My interview is tomorrow, if i pass I will worship for rest of my life my fellow nepali brother

Recently, my skill assessment was held as a chef on 26/5/2023 and, successfully I have completed my all questions and answers. I got successful result. They took only 20 minutes for this assessments because, in 2017 I had completed my assessment positively. I had to appear 2ne time because my assessments validity was expired and, as per my experience, they did not ask many questions but, their questions was about food safety and hygiene, hazard, store and maintain food and dealing with customers and with your staff. Mostly all the questions and answer you are completed in this video. Thanks again.
