Hi Natasha, thanks for the video. This does not seem to work for me. I have done exactly what you have done but when I try to add the downloaded file to my website it is not transparent. It just contains the white background. Any ideas? I am using shopify by the way and the paid version of Canva. Thanks

Hey do you have the paid version because when I tried to click transparent background it told me I couldn’t do it because I didn’t pay for the monthly subscription.
