I have such a hard time deciding whether this is actually AI or not. On the one hand, its speech patterns seem too bizarre to be human-generated. On the other hand, how does it seem to perfectly grasp the social concept of cheating on one's spouse and create an otherwise mostly coherent plot with basically consistent characters, yet have trouble was basic grammatical structure? The quote "I can't be 3, I only have 1 clothes" seems to demonstrate the paradox pretty well.

Aside from the funny bad English, it’s scary how easily this could be another throwaway Netflix holiday movie. Literally all you would have to do is just fix up the English, add some of that petty Hallmark-esque tacky “charm”, then If you added some occasional foreshadowing of the guy dreading having to turn back into an elf because he likes the girl, you’d have just enough plot to kinda stand on its own legs. It would be indistinguishable from any of the other throwaway hallmark-esque Netflix holiday movie
