RATING Tattoo PAIN LEVELS 1-5 of the THIGH

i just started my leg sleeve yesterday and it was a sore experience, but looks sick so far, but in my opinion talking to the artist is the best distraction it helps so much. love the vids man

I’m considering getting my hip area/region done due to surgical scarring. (Broken femur in three different places). I’m dreading it but it’ll look so good after.

Upper inner thigh 4.9 for me. Got a whole cover up done and the dude was laying that black in hard. Honestly upper thigh near the crease anywhere because I felt that in my balls and it was not fun.

Just got my first upper thigh done. The line work was easy. Pretty minimal. But the second half when we were shading it was uncomfortable. I’ll say medium discomfortish. More so as we got closer to the crotch or inner thigh. I found taking deep breaths really helped. Almost like mentally taking my mind off the tattoo happening and focusing on my breath :) also strange thing, when we scooted to the outter thigh I felt pain going from my hip upwards. That wasn’t fun. Breathing through that was no picnic.

Just got a huge dragon tattoo from the side of my upper knee/ thigh all the way up underneath the ribs… I had a small rib peace and I thought this would be less painful… Honestly this entire session was mostly at least a 8/10 on the pain scale… I had tears rolling down my face… My legs started shaking uncontrollably at same point… My lips turned blue and my hands were shaking. I constantly drank coke and had snacks, slept well before and had a good breakfast… But this 5h session of only the outlines in red and black was like hell. My tattoo artist said I sat super well through it, but I vomitted after and fainted after the tattoo… I don’t look forward to the coloring sessions. The long straight and curvy lines of the dragon were so much worse. Worst region for me was towards the groin and the butt cheeks… Definitely even worse than the ribs… 10/10 pain on almost the entire hip/butt part… probs to all heavy tattooed people..

I am getting a leg sleeve and so far pain is ok, but every time i think about the inner thigh session I feel that I’m going to die lol
But also I always go to my sessions having in my mind that is going to be the worst pain of my life so at the end is less than expected, being mentally prepared helps too

Getting my first tattoo on my thigh tomorrow

Had it done today start 10 done by 4 it's was 3 or 4 pain but it naw 11.10 at night and it's burning and thers some red brozing.

My first and only tattoo is on my inner ankle, I'm getting a tattoo on my lower front thigh and everyone keeps telling me it's gonna be a walk in the park in comparison. I'm a little nervous though because it's gonna be a lot bigger.

I am just about to start my marvel leg sleeve and I am going to be honest i am not looking forward to it, but feel slightly at ease watching this.

I have a large tattoo on my outer thigh, and the worst part for me was the white highlights at the end. The shading I honestly didn't think was bad at all, and the outline was tolerable. The pain definitely got worse as time went on, probably because the area was becoming more sensitive since you're going over the same spots and it's already an open wound.

I feel the most pain was the inner thigh. My whole upper leg. I only have lines. Going back at the end of the month for the lower leg out lines. Then in the fall for shading. My artist is booked all summer. How should one book sleeves? My sittings are maybe 5 to 5.5 hours at a time..thanks for the videos!

I just tattooed a big piece the side of my knee all the way up to my thigh and the pain was bad but as bad as I thought it would be but it's definitely hard walking for a while not to mention it's sore the day after. I have to go back today to do more shading

For me the top of the thigh was very easy and didn’t hurt, the inner of the thigh ducking hurt

Side of thigh and inner thigh about a 4/10 towards the end for me. But I always say everyone’s pain tolerance is different. I’ve done anywhere from 30 minute sessions to 6 hour sessions so far. Tomorrow I’m getting my thigh tattoo touched up and completed it’s gonna be a 4 hour session🥴 just cause I say it a 4 don’t mean it ain’t gonna suck cause this tattoo is completely in color😭

the inner and inner upper thigh when the needle hits it , it will give u this weird tingle on your woody. like french kissing., not to the point of boner but it will give u that wtf feeling.

I just got my thigh tattoo it was my first tattoo I had music when it would get rough but honestly where I got it, it didn’t hurt that bad maybe the most pain was a 6/10 that was the worst part

how many sessions does a big tattoo normally take and is there a pain reliver that can help

I just got a front thigh tattoo too if knew nd up to the top, it hurt soo bad 10/10 !! Day 4 I’m feeling stinging and hurts to walk still so much tightening when I take a step ! Still pain level of 10/10

Closer to the knee is easier than the upper thigh for me

i was fuckin dying on the top part of the thigh most painful part i thot i was bitching up when i was making faces lol i feel better now but yeah the middle part was cake didnt go to much to the sides but the middle of the thigh but yeah towards the top but finished it didnt tap out

I modeled a piece where I had it put on my upper-mid thigh. It was over-all a 3.5/5 for me but it hurt where its near the kneecap. It was not a 5. More like an 11/5 for me 🤣

See I was scared when I got my first one it was a couple days ago, it wasn’t too bad until I got to my inner thigh and that hurt but it was bearable, so was getting closer to the knee cap.

Personally for me I can't talk with my artist while in pain..I've tried but it just doesn't work..I'd rather listen to music and close my eyes than talking

I just got my whole thigh (crease to kneecap, wrapped around) done in a 2 day back to back session. The tattoo itself was pretty bad (black and grey Scarface on my quad, tiger w diamonds on the back, and roses on the inner thigh) but the HEALINGGG😩😩 Can’t sleep, have to squat over the toilet, steps are my enemy, and I’m currently questioning if I should go through with getting my other thigh done (like I planned). NOT FOR THE MF WEAK!!

I love my artist because he hates to talk when he works & I hate to talk when I get tatted. We always chop it for awhile before and after the session.

Today I had my thigh done in a 5 hour session, was fine until the tattooist had to redo some of the black to even tone out oh dear lord it was soo sore and stingy! My other tats were a doddle compared to this.
