60 fps doesn't work

i am getting stuck at okumura palace, just after the first boss fight. When i go down the elevator to the second area the game is still working, there is sound and everything is moving but it looks like it is still in loading mode since the character can not move and HP/SP stats of the characters don't appear. I tried using cheat engine just like people where using with the battle crash problem but without success, if anyone can help i would be grateful.

i have a surface laptop 3 with the only game being osu. if i have to play persona 5 with the lowest settings possible then i will do whatever i can to play it.

I have one problem and that’s my shaders take a long time to load for example when I’m opening the game it takes a long time to open

Great Mod! subscribed. Had a mod that was over 8gb and gave me overkill buffs, my old patchfile had problems too. Replaced it with this one now im having a greater gaming experience with a nice fix to the animation text aswell.

I had a lot of problems with my fps but this video really helped.

I did everything that the video said, plus limiting FPS to 30, but the audio's pretty choppy in the cutscenes and gameplay. Sometimes, during gameplay everything will stop and repeat the last few frames for a second, but then everything's fine again. Any way you know to prevent this?

Playing this game on a laptop w/ 1660ti and i5 with 4/8 cores and it can do 720p at 30fps constant but I'm reluctant to try it any higher. As long as it can do PS3 quality and remain buttery smooth I'm happy. Though I wonder if PS3 runs at 720p upscaled from 600p because I remember it being a little jaggier.

Question, I’m getting an msi gaming laptop. i5-10300h CPU and gtx 1650 max q GPU. Will this run relatively smoothly? I don’t mind even like 40 FPS, got bottom of the barrel laptop rn. The 4K tho, that would be reallyyyyy nice.

Hi I have ryzen 5 3600 and an RX580... 60FPS upscaled 1080p works fine but I have a strange glitch on the graphics... I dunno how to describe it but on the dark/black spots sometimes some random white pixels starts moving and spawning randomly on the black spots...
