It seems that you have no idea what it takes to make a "finished" game, even one of lower quality.

$400 game is a scam, Synty makes beautiful assets and I use them in my own development but this dude literally just slotted in a couple of premade mechanics from another project he has into a showcase level from Synty lmao

These are not Games, these are Proof of Concepts. A rough 'sketch' of an idea if you so will.
A LOT more work, time and therefore money will need to be invested to flesh out any of the shown 'games'.
