I’m so confused with the Mom and Dad lore. So Barbie hasn’t seen them in at least 4 years because they’ve never met her kids, and her younger sisters are living with her (Stacie and Skipper are a question mark because sometimes they’re there and sometimes not, which is weird. I can buy that Skipper is in college and comes back for visits, but Stacie is canonically an early teen at most. I guess she just lives on the streets part of the time) . So this means Mom and Dad just fucked off, moved abroad and dumped their 3 minor children (the youngest of whom, Chelsea, couldn’t have been more than 5 or 6 because she’s around 10 now) on their oldest who was in her early 20s at most??? And didn’t bother to visit? Why is Barbie happy to see them??
