How to set the IWC Portugieser Perpetual Calendar Watch

Was kostet es es bei IWC einstellen zu lassen, wenn man feststellt dass die Mondphase nichtmehr zum Datum passt?

Holy crap I was under the impression that the IWC system was easy. I was seriously considering this watch for a Christmas present 🎁 for myself. If you think you helped swing the deal. Well not so much. Might go annual calendar with a moon phase now.

And how can I set the year, if it shows "2005"?
Can it be set manually or is it necessary to send it to IWC?
