First the court takes 7 years to listen the arguments and the child who was years old , now after living with mother alone what and which fool thinks that child will like to stay with father? I think basics are not clear to all of them.. Secondly why one should stay with a person who is a wrong person? When one person reaches court it means everything is over.. After going there only one thing will happen and that is wastage of time.. Mr. Judge is telling again again lets call the child... Child will only like to stay with the person with whom the child has stayed more.... I don't know why they simply makes people fool to each other....

But for matters falling within the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, it is not competent to decide the issue one way or the other. After all it is sub-judis. It is strange why the counsel for the Respondent Officialis not fighting the suspension order.
