how to say R perfectly in English | American English Pronunciation Lesson

I can pronounce the R, but my mouth "gets tired" very fast when speaking in english. 😂I guess each language trains different sets of muscles. Any tip to overcome this?

Thank you for this video. I’m an Italian “R Flipper/Triller” living in the US and the R sounds is the hardest to produce properly for me. You made me realize that I was overdoing it! This helps me a lot ❤

The most important thing is to NOT roll it (like Spanish).
Spanish speakers will always say English speakers must roll the r, the opposite is also true, you must NOT in English.
I think focussing on not rolling it is also important, specially for slavs and spanish speakers.
