"And it's a proximity sensing key, so {your car will be in a Romanian warehouse in no time]"
ОтветитьOk👍❤
ОтветитьGlad I didn’t buy this overpriced vehicle
ОтветитьDue to inflation this car is now 6k more expensive 3 years later.
ОтветитьScratchy plastics are easier to clean. They're underrated.
ОтветитьThank you very much, I appreciate your review. We have just purchased this car 2023 in yellow (Auto) it is for my wife $33,500 (AUD) and looking forward to collecting it this coming weekend.
I am keen to feel how this car drives using the paddle shifters and with its sporty turbo it should be fun.
Personally I own the exact opposite a 1969 Pontiac GrandPrix 455 stroker it runs at about 12litres per 100km 👀 But Man O Man it’s a real luxury Muscle car for sure! (Yes, I am a crazy mad old school petrol head car lover).
Take CARe. Cheers from Western Australia 🇦🇺🤘🏻😎
I absolutely love my 2023 Swift Sport auto. The torque & power to weight ratio is amazing. Such a FUN car on windy mountain roads. Suspension is firm but not uncomfortable. The seats are superb. A perfect daily driver. It's a great looking car from every angle. I couldn't give a shit about "hard plastics". The four things I would improve are:
1. Add a spare wheel.
2. Improve sound insulation.
3. Add a centre console.
4. Give the exhaust note more character.
The thing about Suzuki is that it is a no nonsense brand. The hard to touch platstics are in areas you actually never touch. All the equipment you touch, from the seat, to the steering wheel, to the arm rest all feel comfortable and soft. Suzuki is a brand that mostly does function over style with the Sport version here making some minor styling exceptions, which I personally like. Also, the buttons, handles and levers all feel snappy and with durable quality. Suzuki makes engines as reliable as Toyota, and while they may lack that luxery finesse honestly when actually using Suzuki's you never feel like you miss those luxery materials as all you interact with feels sturdy and high quality. The only negative of this model is the price, as the old ZC32S was much cheaper when bought new.
ОтветитьNo safety made out coke cans
ОтветитьWho cares about the hard plastics 😂 also, no lose parts in my interior so that's not a common thing.
ОтветитьI don't know... the review ends saying both the Fiesta ST and the Polo GTI are more agile and engaging to drive. This is the first review out of countless ones putting "driving fun" and "Polo GTI" in the same sentence, so I'll trust every other review on earth as for that.
The Fiesta is the top of the class — it's even superior to the much-lauded i20N, despite the latter being a way newer, later-engineered car —, but in Italy it costs €7k more than the Swift, so it's not a real comparison.
As for the price having gone up without interior and build quality following it, well, it's to pay for the costs of the useless hybrid component. Which neither the Fiesta nor the Polo added.
Real electric cars may be a fantastic new thing, but fake hybrids only drains the manufacturers', and in turn customer's, pockets for some shallow compliance with an ideology, being useless otherwise.
It would be more helpful if you included where the jack is located and how to remove it
ОтветитьThe biggest drawback is no spare, not even a Space Saver. If you're going on a road trip, buy another alloy and have a tyre fitted. If you have a tyre issue out in the country somewhere you're buggered. The Tyre Repair Kit won't solve sidewall damage. Additionally, the Sealant in the Tyre Repair Kit has a limited shelf life. Naturally the Sealant isn't sold separately, you have to buy an entire new Tyre Repair Kit, which is very expensive.
ОтветитьSwift is the most reliable and Long lasting choice when compared to it's equivalents. Swift is a Suzuki after all.
ОтветитьI wish that was the price, for the auto it's 35k now
ОтветитьI took it for a test drive, hated the automatic transmission, horrible actually. Handling was ok but nothing compared to others in it's class. I found that base 2012 Skoda Fabia had better handling. Way too expensive for what it offers. The 1.4l turbo should be pumping out at least 120kw with 250 - 265NM... Not impressed at all, quite disappointed.
ОтветитьI think Melbourne airport is Hume or Moreland
ОтветитьDid CAR EXPERT asked did he "miss something" at the end of his presentation. the answer is YES. He forgot about RELIABILITY. Like most reviews, a big hoo haa is made about things that don't matter, but reliability is completely ignored.
ОтветитьVerdict: uninspiring. The Polo GTI would be my pick if VW had better reliability. I suppose the Fiesta ST would be my pick of the bunch.
ОтветитьHi Paul, I might have been late to see your video but a fairly good review of the Swift Sport. TBH I love this car, we don't have it in sunny Seychelles which is too bad, we do have the less sportier version and for a small island, I think it's quite adequate, I use to own the less powerful previous version 1.2 L 2014 Swift, I loved it as it was adequate, we don't have massive roads and motorways, but there are quite a bit of bands and going around in mine was a treat, nowadays I own a 2017 Hyundai i20, it is more comfortable and has a 1.4L engine which is a step up but lacks the Swift's handling and athletism, I kind of miss that, I may consider the new Swift as my next car as VW Golf, or Ford Focus is not common here.
ОтветитьI bought one last week and it's sooooo much fun to drive and there is so much electronic stuff for this money. I don't like the look of the VW and the Fiesta, it's a boring car without any personality, but ok that's a personal thing.
Yes the plastics are not great in the Swift, but hey it's not a Polestar 2 category, for me it's not a big deal.
Don't forget, you also have 6 years warranty (Netherlands) and the costs are very low for this car.
An Engine
Looking for a body
..
Export to Indonesia please
ОтветитьGasken on the way Indonesia
ОтветитьI just want a perfect Swift lol
ОтветитьMost of my friends love VW Golf but I chose this small beauty.
Ответитьthe problem of hard plastic interior seems to be a very big problem. Even to justify the use of a durometer when doing a review.
Effectively, recently, i've seen a lot of people going to the dealership with a hardness tester in their pocket ;-) Kinda stupid review.
My wife's manual Sport consistently get's 6.1 l/100kms and that's even with me driving...
Almost 60.000 kms and no issues, but that's typical Suzuki.
Can anybody tell me what you can buy for the same price which is equal to this, 'cos I can't find anything...
No sunroof
No armrest
No heated seats (blank switches)
Little things that put off csr buyers.
Great review and nice car there. I really love the interior, very simple with nice colors. Thanks.
Is there a diesel version of this?
Why drive boring small cars when these are available. Having fun all the time and amazing fuel economy.
Have two sport bikes (yzf 600r and gsxr 1100) but I still enjoy driving this car.
At dynos it normally measures 155 hp standard...
its kind of funny, beginner sports cars get ripped on for hard surfaces, go top end hyper sports and they are full of hard carbon fibre epoxy and aluminium , its about the driving experience not the touch.
Ответитьpeople may turn their nose up at Suzuki- but dont forget they are the designers and builders of the hayabusa.. need I say more,,
ОтветитьWhenever i hear LED lights i cringe. Older lights were fine, this lights are just so you can pay a fortune if they ever stop working or some water gets in or you had an accident.
ОтветитьJust wondering to see 0-100km acceleration drag test
ОтветитьI remember the swift gti from the early 90s that was a great hot hatch back in the day.
ОтветитьIt's 32600 AUD, forget about it Suzuki, I'll get a Ford Fiesta RS or Kia Cerato GT for more fun performance and practicality
ОтветитьThe swift sport is a good looking car
ОтветитьI own an early manual version, I don't think this car is supposed to be rip roaring fast it's supposed to be fun and with a punchy engine and light weight with communicative chassis I think it is
ОтветитьBro you look like Leonardo DiCaprio 😀
ОтветитьWhy drive this car as an auto. Manual all the way
ОтветитьI love it
Ответить1,2 Liter Sport ist a Hybrid Turbocharged with 129 PS,
the 1,4 Liter Sport is only Turbocharged and 140 PS,
Hybrid I want not
In the Netherlands the Swift is €25k vs the fiesta ST €38k and the polo GTI €38.5K (Same trim when u look at specs)
This is due to our taxes on cars are made with the c02 output. So the swift hybrid makes a lot of sense.
Ini di Indonesia udh jadi abu ,,,,gak produksi lagi 😔😔😔
ОтветитьQuite disappointing build quality. I get that this car in general is relatively cheap - with a strong emphasis on "relatively". Because here in Denmark the Sport edition is around GBP 27.500.
ОтветитьI love the new swift!! Had the 20212 RS is definitely change to this .
ОтветитьJust picked mine up- 6MT version. My only criticism is that it's quiet as a mouse🤣 grips and handles really well, and plenty of midrange punch. The infotainment system is just fine. Android auto works without any glitches. Scratchy plastics? Not bothered, - I don't drive stroking the dash🤣 it's refined enough to be comfy over a long trip:) stereo? Just fine:) overall- pretty bloody pleased
ОтветитьPffff, piss off the Sports badge name and bring back the Swift GTi.
ОтветитьNumber 1 best selling hatch in India
Ответить
