Baltic sea cable damage: Finland seizes Russian ship suspected of sabotage

An undersea power cable connecting Finland and Estonia has been dam-aged in the Baltic Sea. Finnish authorities are investigating the incident and say sabotage cannot be ruled out. It’s the latest in a series of incidents since tensions with Russia increased in the region.
