scrolls in general are hard to get, even if you were a light-normal p2w. you need months to get like a hundred normal scroll, and there is a lot of heroes there not to mention how many copies you need to ascend one hero.

Meanwhile they want you to pay for diamonds and else when players are losing their accounts in the process of getting a new phone or discrepancy over androids and ios.
