ОтветитьI'm not sure about a flat belly. But it's improved my posture a lot.. I did this for just a week and i could feel the difference. I hope it helps with reducing my belly too😃

When the towel is rolled up & kept below the spine & when you lie down on the floor the body would be in arc shape right & not flat as there is an object (towel) which increases the hight of centre area ... clarifying this so I will do it correctly as I have serious sciatica problem

From the moment I entered the position my arthritic shoulders ached constantly.
My lower back began to hurt.
My legs felt uncomfortable because my toes were pointed inwards.
I persisted for as long as possible - forgot to time the exercise.
Then had to pull my legs into a seated position and rock my hips back and forth to ease the pain.
Eventually I could roll onto my side and slowly sit up.
If this works, I will persist with the exercise, and hope the pain lessens with frequency.
I will keep you informed.

ОтветитьI quit doing it after my last entry until today and holey moley but it was hard. I lasted a little less than 4 minutes, and sweat was pouring off my face. O.k., back at it. I’ll let you know how it goes.

ОтветитьYou know I had a slipped disc/pinched nerve in my lower back & my doctor told me there was absolutely nothing I could do about the numbness in my right hip. Now I believed my doctor because it had been a year & the only thing that helped me walk again was muscle relaxers. But it didn’t take the numbness away. I tried this stretch from this video to lose weight but it slipped my disc back where it belongs & took all my numbness away with only one 5 minute stretch. I love this video & try to pass it on to all my friends & family that have similar problems……. Everyone is skeptical but this is the best stretch I have ever done in my life!!!!!!!

ОтветитьI saw this video for the first-time last week. It seemed crazy, but I can spear the 5 minutes a day to test it. After 1 week, my back feels amazing. My upper abs feel tighter. My weight isn't lower (at least yet) but my belly is flatter with more of a waist. I'm going to keep doing this.
