Anzac Highway - Car turning across in front of cyclist

Note - There was a fatality at this site in April 2010 and this video shows the same scenario as the fatality.

Without a cycle lane PAINTED across major intersection, drivers do not consider the path of a cyclist that they are crossing when turning right.

In this instance it was a clear day, highly visible rider (vest and 800 lumen high-power flashing light ON).

A cycle lane painted across the intersection may remind drivers they need to consider a cyclist as a vehicle also.
