How to add Animated Effects on a Mouse Cursor of Windows Computer ?

how can i get like a stright line not those football or snow i just want a trail like a stright line can you make a tut pls?

This isnt what I'm looking for, I want to make the cursor itself animated by replacing the cursor graphic with a .gif or .apng.
