you and I are in the same boat here. my viewers were telling me that they had to watch preroll ads - even when I had them disabled. Your video is very informative, regardless of twitch's terrible way to explain their own policy's.

Totally agree the verbiage isn't clear on this. I'm trying to manage my ads the best i can not annoy my viewers too much. I have a set 5min break every hour and i manually run a 3min ad during this time. Still not sure if the manual ad affects to the scheduled ads i set up (90s every 30min).
