I love super thick chia pudding. Mine is more like chia dough ahhah. If I can flip the spoon upside down and it doesnt drip, its thick enough.

I love chia but I never get full. It’s like eating a carrot and nothing more 😂. And where I live they recommend only to eat 1 tablespoon a day because it has so much fat that you can gain weight 🤪😞
