How to Convert Pictures into DXF files without any software in few seconds

I converted one of my drawings to dxf. But my employer said it is not suitable for laser printing. It's point by point, so the drawing is piece by piece. How can I make a suitable conversion for the laser 3d canvas? I use iPad procreate for design.
