Not available on amazon in germany. It is so beautiful, hope I will find it anywhere else, thank you. <3
ОтветитьI said I bought my last Tarot deck a month ago, and then I find this one 🙄. order placed.
ОтветитьFor such detailed images they look great in a spread! I actually like them more when they're together. They really start to tell a story right away.
ОтветитьI'm Polish and this art is giving me goosebumps. OMG, The Wheel 0_0 Beyond beautiful!
ОтветитьIt reminds me of DruidCraft with all the greenery. Beautiful.
ОтветитьThis deck is stunning! 😍 Each card is a work of art! 🥰
Thank you for presenting it to us! Much appreciated! 🙏🏻🙂
This is one of the most beautiful decks I have ever seen. It absolutely pulls me into its tales. It's a shame it came out without a guidebook because it would be just a pleasure to read about all the legends as well as have these beautiful tarot cards right next to it. It was the only thing that put me off from buying this deck. I need a physical guidebook. Otherwise, it feels like it's not completed for me. Pdf won't do its justice. I'm still considering buying the deck though, because the artwork is definitely worth it. Thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьGot this georgous deck now and love it! Thank you, Lisa for the great video! For more insight of the myths and God/ Godesses I also recommend Hanyzhkas channel Slavic Soul Cards. Sylke
ОтветитьI can't believe I found this deck so late! My gods... I'm Polish and pagan, I dug deep into my ancestry, old gods and Slavic traditions and this tarot deck is... PERFECT! It resonates with my Slavic soul, I understand them all and I feel them deeply inside me. I need to buy this deck, I won't rest until I will...
ОтветитьYou are absolutely right - the Chariot is Baba Yaga. I'm Russian, so I confirm that) Btw, thanks for the awesome video. Very informative, and I'm currently waiting for my deck to arrive. Can't wait to put my hands on it))
ОтветитьInteresting deck...lovely illustration..very rich 😊
ОтветитьI’ve said it before but their first deck was anti-semitic and I’m still disappointed no one in the tarot community (to my knowledge) addresses this or calls them out. There’s no apology from the creators, but then it was obviously very intentional. I get many non-Jews might miss it but once pointed out, they don’t seem to care. I can only assume this is because the community doesn’t care and are not allies (and may even just be anti-semitic also), and it’s pretty alienating. If they did the same to POC or LGBTQ, there would be a very different reaction. Sorry, but true.
ОтветитьJust received my deck today, beautiful !
Would love to see information on the images presented on the cards as far as Slavic Legends Stores 🌾
Thank you for creating this wonderful
Deck 💞🌊LHB
I just received my copy today and already love it’s imagery. Now to delve deeper into the myths and legends that are shown.
Ответитьomg this is gorgeous
ОтветитьI really enjoyed your flip through. You went really fast though. You have good insight. I’d have liked to hear more of your ideas and comments on every card. I ordered this deck a few weeks ago. When it arrives I plan to film a commentary of my own. Also, where did you get that beautiful cloth?
ОтветитьThat Devil card tho 👀🥵💦 they snuck that right in didn't they lol
ОтветитьI have the laminated edition. Do yours clump together when shuffling?
ОтветитьGorgeous deck!! Thank you for such a lovely walk through!!❤❤❤
ОтветитьOK, I need this deck.
ОтветитьI was really surprised by this deck. A friend bought it for me and at first I was quite reluctant and politely said "thank you" and that was it. But then I did a few readings with it - even though it's too full of details for my eyes used to TdM decks, it still reads very very well and there's an ease and flow to it. My only "issue" with it is that it doesn't adjust the system, it's basically an RWS clone. This is fine because we can read it right out of the box, but it would be interesting to see the system actually modified to include Slavic pagan spirituality.
ОтветитьBeautiful deck, would like to have the guide book as well ❤
Ответитьi love this deck def ordered it
ОтветитьLisa do you have the link to the explanation of the stories behind the cards?
ОтветитьThis is such a gorgeous deck!
ОтветитьI was going to purchase an Indie Alice Wonderland Tarot but I'll now push it off to purchase this one. I had my eye on it for quite a while. Knowing that the cardstock is better than the Dark Mansion helps, although I love that deck. You should be earning a commission on this lol.
ОтветитьYes. After your review, I also made an order. This is something I definitely like. Thank you for your presentation of this deck.
ОтветитьA very beautiful deck❤️
ОтветитьI’m intrigued. I’ve recently felt the call to work with the Polish side of my family. I’m adding this one to my wish list, in case they do release a guidebook.
ОтветитьHi Lisa! This deck is indeed georgeous. As a slav myself, I would like to kindly ask you to please do the research and double check the comments and statements about this culture and the slavic countries, should you make another video. I know you never disrespect anyone but it is easy to come across statements on the internet which are untrue. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, but I would just hate to see my cultural background misrepresented. Hope all can enjoy this beautiful deck ❤
ОтветитьI have it since November. I love the art, I recognize some of the stories/gods, but I couldn't really bond with it and it is supposed to be my culture. May be I should do some DNA test, may be I am not Slavic:D. Also one thing that bothered me - I have opened the box probably around 10 times, and it's already torn. I am not sure how that happened, but it looks way more sturdy than it is...at least my experience is that. Anyway, it is really pretty, I will try a whole month with it before really deciding whether I would keep it.
ОтветитьThe sneakpeek of the hermit card a few years back was what sold this deck to me immediately... So gorgeous
ОтветитьThanks for your thoughts on this. The art is lovely, but I've found the people a bit too beautiful for me (especially the ripped men). Ten of Wands, Hermit, and Emperor are at least older. For some reason I tend to compare this with Anna K. in my mind and Anna K. feels so much more like real medieval town people. Guess I don't expect diversity but more variety of real looking humans might be nice. It sits on my shelf :)
ОтветитьThanks so much for comparing card stock with dark mansion… i have been waiting for someone to comment on it! I love my dark mansion but am not a fan of the sticky card stock. Now I may have to get this beautiful deck!
Ответить🥰❤️🔥
ОтветитьFor the deck options I feel like I did choosing dark mansion. The black matches the cards better with the art and border but not the box, the gold/brown matches the box but doesn't flow with the black borders on cards lol. Am glad to hear it's shufflible my DM deck always is stuck to each other and way too matte
ОтветитьI love this deck but it costs a little too much for me
ОтветитьWow this is incredible
Ответитьomgosh @lisapapez - its like you peeked into my brain! I have literally just ordered this deck and am waiting on its arrival! Your walkthrough made me that much more impatient for mine to arrive!
ОтветитьThis is a beautiful deck
ОтветитьThis is one of my favorite decks, and definitely one of the most beautiful in my collection
ОтветитьLISA! I had talked myself out of this one but it's so stinkin' beautiful 😭
ОтветитьThis deck having been made by Polish creators, I have hope that it will be culturally accurate and have the spirit and depth of Slavic legends, not just the surface imagery. I think the book will be really vital in helping people connect deeper to this deck. The representation I've seen so far of "Slavic culture" (which in an of itself is not an accurate term) came either from Russian creators (Russians were not originally Slavs, and have appropriated / stolen much of Slavic folklore, language, etc through colonization and war) or from Western creators who wanted to jump on the Baba Yaga bandwagon because if was "cool" and something new to play with.
ОтветитьI love how in The Lovers card there looks to be just a hint of a glimpse into the future of their life together (on the right side there). Seems like they are much older, well his posture seems to emote that for me. Now I have to go watch the other video to find out what that was about lol.
Thanks for sharing, this is a beautiful deck! 😁
Update: so I had a quick watch of the walkthrough, and I seem to have totally misread it. Apparently it’s women adding more wreaths to the water, I guess I wanted to see something else 🤷🏻♀️😆.
I think this deck is incredibly beautiful and detailed. It would be great if you could deep dive into it taking the background stories into account once you've learned about them.
ОтветитьYour table cloth is absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьThis is cool. I'm slavic on my dad's side. Some of the stuff is really old stories. Thank you for showing this. Lots of fortune tellers in my family.
