Hi, I have a Samsung UE46D6507VKXXE tv that stopped having white light/backlight when power cable connected. The standby light keep blinking and I can hear a clicking sound (seems to be a booting problem). Since the standby light blinking/keep flashing but no light/background light and signal from TV, does this mean it's the T-CON board that need to be replaced? I have tried to replace the power supply but still the same problem. Thanks!
