ОтветитьWorked out 20mins with her yesterday, 🤒, I can't feel ma legs, every where hurts. Tried again today, still 20mins, mmmm, slightly better, still painful. Going all tha way GOD willing 🏋♀️

ОтветитьPerfect for an active rest day during any of Caroline’s other series! Not super intense, yet a slow burning muscle and strength building routine. Had to pause a few times during the arms portion…and those skullcrushers are tough! I managed a few, happy with my progress. 😃

ОтветитьI have to say something important. This is the first home workout video I’ve finished start to end. Other videos have always made me feel tired, unmotivated. Caroline sets it up so you can maintain your endurance while still pushing yourself to the limit. This is the kind of workout people need if you want to get back into fitness. Also when she smiles and raises her thumb up to the camera it gives me such a boost of confidence. Love this woman!!!!
