When I check the dimension of the white page in the layout, The dimensions displayed is different from what I set up in Page setup manager. For example, in page setup manager if I set it to be 210 X 297 mm , The dimension of the white page between those dotted margins shows 22'X 16'-9'' instead of 8.3'' X 11.7''. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, scale is different but dimension seems little bit different in sizes, Why?

First of all, appreciate your way of presentations.
According to fixing the scale, still I have some doubts on it that as are as follows.
1. When we prepare a drawing in mm as 1:1 and covert it into 1:100, then when we measuring this is in a printed paper will get 1mm=100mm , is it right?
And, the same thing ,if it is inches then covert it into 1:100 so 1inch = 100 inches
Or will it be in same 100mm.
