Hi, I have been trained (internship) in a university hospital center in 4 disciplines outside of Canada (Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Clinical Microbiology, Transfusion Science). I hold a Licence degree in biology, but I am not specifically educated as a medical laboratory technologist. Does this make me eligible to have my experience assessed through the PLA?

Plese suggest me after doing my bachelor's whether should I take admission in masters of MLS/MLT in a candaian university or should I take admission in a diploma of MLT in Canada? My purpose is that I want to appear in CSMLS certification exam. Which route is the best for me?

I got my MLT education in the US, where we learn all of the major disciplines, except histology. Just recently, I took and passed an online histology course with the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (MEDL-102). Will that be enough to get me through the PLA, or is it likely that I will need more education thereafter? If it is the latter, what may that education entail and where would I get it done?

Upon passing the PLA, would you recommend getting a job before or after submitting an Express Entry profile?

Hello po, I am an incoming freshman and I really want to become a medical/clinical microbiologist, however the microbiology program in the Philippines mostly prioritize the graduates to work in the food industry, so I decided to take the MedTech program, and I heard that you can take the CSMLS or the ASCP but if I passed the CSMLS (hopefully soon), can I also take the masters degree in Microbiology in Canada?
