Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge and experience. Big question for me is, what do you define as chipboard? In Australia that is timber. Is your chipboard recycled cardboard? Thin MDF?

What kind of thread is that? It doesn’t look like the sewing threat I have.

How far apart should the holes be? How many holes should there be?

What is the best thread to use? Also what type of needle.

I just wanted to say that I have bound several books and always struggled with attaching the text block and endpapers to the binding, and your tutorial is the most clear and easy to understand! Your method made it so much easier!
