Is it normal to bleed a couple of days after done it? I’m 59.

Wait what. I was not given an option to insert it myself. I was crying throughout the whole process. It hurt, and it felt like it bruised bec I was bloated and uncomfortable next day. I think about it, and want to throw up. I haven't gone back bec of the awful experience. 😢
