Blade & Soul PC - Is It Worth Playing In 2021? (UE4 PC MMORPG 2021 Free-To-Play)

Seriously now if you are a free to play player stay away from this game.
Finding a party for normal mode which you need to do to get gear to do hard mode is very hard almost no one playing normal mode,people either doing hard mode or just easy mode for daily's because they already have end game gear.
You will farm for one year to get a crap gear,then they make a call to arms event that gives everyone better gear than you have.
If you gonna start this game wait for a call to arms event.
I give you a example of how hard and tedious is to upgrade stuff in this game.
My pet needs 15 sacred vials for the next upgrade,you get 2 that you can transmute by doing daily's every day and 2 from doing the event at week, so you get 4 at week so you need to play 4 weeks to do a upgrade in ONE piece of your gear, that gives you almost nothing on status,and the more you upgrade the more materials you need.
blade and Soul is a game for whales or people that have literally nothing better to do.
Oh and they upgrade the game to UE4 but still have the same old servers, so the game runs like a car with square wheels.

l just downloaded it yesterday because pvp in ffxiv is an actual dead game.... and graphics in guild wars 2 is ok but not amazing
l did hear this game is p2w, but l see a tab that contains phrase "equalized pvp" so l suppose there are pvp mode that ignores your equipment stats? lf that's the case,l am definitely giving this game a try because Lyn looks amazing just like lalafell.

is it free to play? or will i need to buy it.

loading times are much better but if your rig isnt strong enough you'll have a very choppy experience ,this game is not for mid or low end pc's

i was expecting to see the new engine more than hearing someone talk but ok

How is the population of this game?

It could even be EU5 main issue not fixed pay 2 win

The game is amazingly grindy. You will run the same instances over and over again, and then the same with solo instances, and then the same with PUG raids.
The combat system is so good, and running solo dungeons is one of the most challenging content that one can find in an MMO, but having to grind everything over and over again is so painful.

Well I am playing the current version right now, so I definately continue after it's updated.

One of the best choices until lost ark.

If it's still pay to win, i wont even try it.

I will give it a go. Played the crap out of this game before. Performance was lacking in group pvp but I remember it still being fun. The game was always beautiful so I can't wait to see it now.
