ОтветитьLettuce for me. My Guinea pigs cost a fortune to feed lol
ОтветитьSquare foot gardening would be nice.
ОтветитьCan you point me to your trellis building video? I have a 2.5' x 10' garden space in zone 6b
ОтветитьMy favorite tip was #9 lol
ОтветитьBell Peppers!
Ответитьhow would strawberries do in gutters in Nebraska? i would think the roots would die??
ОтветитьTomatoes
ОтветитьIs it safe to use borax and sugar to kill ants in the garden since they do take it into the soil and that’s where our plants are ?
ОтветитьI love your tomato trellis but made mine out of metal conduit and connectors (maker pipe). I drove some rebar stakes in the ground and slipped the conduit over it for stability. This way I can move it or take it down if needed. My sister is doing the same as she has nothing to screw wood into as she exclusively uses containers. Then the tomahooks I got from your store are hanging off metal shower curtain rings slipped on the conduit. This is my first year trying the lower and lean method and am excited to see how it goes for tomatoes and cucumbers.
When you do your espalier video will you cover some tips on how to apply to fruit trees being grown in containers? I want to espalier some apple trees and citrus but this probably isn’t my forever home and wouldn’t want to leave these behind! Pretty please and thank you!!
Acres and acres of peas.
ОтветитьCucumbers, a must have for me. I tried growing them for the first time last summer. I am fortunate enough that the railing for my deck and stairs get plenty of sun so I tried planting a couple of cucumbers in my Earthbox. The box (at ground level) was next to the deck railing so I used the railing as a trellis. Best cucumbers ever! Doing it again this year. Added bonus was a little tree frog making it his summer home. 🙂
ОтветитьI do a combination of square foot gardening and growing in containers. I'm slowly learning not to grow too much and only growing what we like to eat (but okra flowers are pretty 😍). If I could only grow one thing it would be onions, then garlic.🧄 At this year's herb festival there's a lecture on lawn alternatives that I'm very interested in. You can't eat the grass! And my husband hates mowing it.
ОтветитьMy one crop would be bush beans because of the yield and how much I can eat of them, plus quick crop time let’s me re-plant most years
ОтветитьWould LOVE a square foot gardening video!
ОтветитьMy one crop would be cherry tomatoes!!
ОтветитьThanks for this video :)
ОтветитьI seen you talking about avocados how do you grow them because I seen where it takes years for them to produce do you have a faster way to produce them
ОтветитьIf I had space for only one crop it would be balogna.
ОтветитьHave you tried Greenstalk vertical planters?
ОтветитьHi! New viewer this spring. Love your videos. You must have at a massive amount of veggies, especially tomatoes. What do you do with the excess produce?
ОтветитьCucumbers my favorite! We will see how they will turn out in my raised beds
ОтветитьDuring rainy season, are there any specific veggies that I can grow?
ОтветитьZucchini is the one veggie I want to grow
ОтветитьMine would definitely be strawberries. They are one of my favorite snacks and I always have good luck with them!
ОтветитьYes! Please do a video on Square Foot Gardening. I am very interested
ОтветитьVery interested in square foot gardening!
ОтветитьLittle Bubba okra for containers and Kellogg’d breakfast are two we’re trying for the first time this year.
Black Krim tomatoes is our favorite.
Pepperssssss all day every day!
ОтветитьBell peppers. We easily eat 4 to 6 a week. Zucchini if I could manage disease better.
ОтветитьAlways plant my tomatoes in tipsy turvy planters. Works great.
Ответитьyes!! my mission is to get rid of my lawn4 growing food!! I hate mowing! it grows too quick in Sydney, Australia..I do a lot of container growing2cut down on my lawn mowing.then after the grass is killed off, I make them into raised beds
ОтветитьPlease do some videos on square foot gardening!! Very little out there on the Tube.
Ответитьany tomatoes
ОтветитьDo you have any videos on growing avocado trees?
ОтветитьI'm about to be setting up my raised beds, so square foot gardening would be amazing
ОтветитьMy one crop would be green beans. I love them and I can easily freeze them.
ОтветитьIf we could only grow one crop , i think it would have to be roma tomatos as i love making my own pasta sauce, and they have a rich tomato flavor and can still be sliced for a sandwich and used in salads
ОтветитьThis year I started to grow dwarf tomatoes as I don't have much space and want to see how they're doing. In case it's successful and I like them, for sure I will grow them next year again.
In case I would have space for only one plant, it would be cucumber 🙂
My one crop would be mortgage lifter tomatoes. This is my first time growing them so I am guessing. String beans are good too. Some kind of squash would grow a lot if I could stand eating it constantly. I am starting muscadine grapes - will see how I like them - very healthful - they supposedly kill cancer, a disease which killed both of my parents.
Ответитьtaters. my one plant would be taters
ОтветитьWould you include in your container gardening a raised bed that is just a little taller than a table. I am using one and I’m wanting to get more out of it. I got it from Amazon and it has a shelf underneath for storage. Thank you
ОтветитьYes, please do small space
ОтветитьSalad greens.
ОтветитьTomatoes
ОтветитьMy one crop would be blackberries. 👌
ОтветитьTomatoes for sure
ОтветитьWould love for you to do a video on square foot garden. Thank you so much for your videos. They are so informing and easy to understand.
