ОтветитьYou are so informative, I would love to take a class from you if you are ever at a hair show that is near Orlando Florida.
ОтветитьI subscribed to your channel based off of this video alone. It was very well done. I graduated cosmetology school 30 yrs ago and never even took my stae boards to get my license. I'm actually studying on my own to take my test this year. Mostly just to complete the journey. At my age I'll probably won't end up behind the chair but maybe doing nails or lashes. But if I ever decide to be a colorist I know I can learn a lot from you. Thank you.
ОтветитьLevel 2 is often described as SOFT BLACK / BROWN-BLACK / DARKEST BROWN. Darker hair has more Pigment ( Melanin ) which makes it harder to lighten also some hair types have a larger diameter, denser structure, larger pigment granules or some combination of these which make some dark hair easier or harder to lighten than others.

Ответитьit is really important to memorize the complements of each color to have the expected result. although at the beginning of the video you say that if we mix the 3 primary colors in equal parts we will get brown... it is false because if we really mix equal parts we will get black or gray... I am still learning thanks for this extra explanation for those of us who are learning ! 😗
ОтветитьThank you for the wonderful video so informative and helpful!

ОтветитьExcellent video. I'll binge watch all of them.
Ответитьi had a 6 hour coloring class, and in this 6 minute video i learned more than in those 6 hours.
ОтветитьWhat an amazing video!
We learned this in the first month of hairdresser school, but I managed to forget a few things n this definitely helped! Thanks a bunch =)
You explained this so well, understandable, quick to the point and not letting a lot of theory into this to make someone tap out.. understanding the basics, from ground up is so important, many try (as myself did) to jump up the pyramid to the fun stuff, then soon realizing.. UH-OH.. NOW WHAT DO I DO.. I’ve always said, NOW I would like to go back to school and pay MORE ATTENTION to all the theory to retain that knowledge since now I know the importance of that to be a WONDERFUL COLORIST & Stylist. ( salon owner ) no one ever said having to much knowledge was dumb.. Thank you
ОтветитьThis was a helluva video! Highly informative, concise and effective.
ОтветитьI loved this video straight to the point and the examples were amazing 😻 just a few minutes I learned a lot
ОтветитьWho would natural blonde hair turn green in a swimming pool?
ОтветитьJust now watching this video and taking notes. I started Cosmetology school last September of 2020 and I graduate in two months. I have tried having my educators explain it to me and tried to learn it on my own but it didn't click. This video helped me out a lot even if it's just a basic understanding the visuals help! I appreciate this so much thank you for taking the time to help people like me who are struggling to understand this concept. 10/10 for me. <3
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьCan I use permanent hair color with number 11.12 mixed with 10 vol. developer to deposit color to my hair if my hair is light enough?
